Re-fied Twice Done Nice
We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ideal both times we've used them. Excellent rates and communication and a fast payout. We will use them again as our house continues to gain value!

Waste Of Time
Wouldn't recommend. Summary: If you want a company that has poor communication (often replying to a morning email sometime around 9PM at night), the loan officers disappear for days without warning and without leaving an alternate contact for assistance, rates move up twice without notification to prospective customer who has filled out application, and then refuses to give you Loan Estimates (which from what I've read is actually illegal) after several requests... what a waste of my time. Forget it.

Not a chance - ever again will I call there guys
My husband heard an ad on the radio by the owner who said they work with people with bad credit and so on and was really impressed. So I called them to talk before the company I had already been in contact with. The guy I spoke with was very.... professional. Not involved at all. Just got what he needed and moved on. They only deal with credit 600 and above. (what happened to bad credit?) But you really need to have a 630. (we were BARELY under 600) By the end of the conversation, he told me we need to rent again until we can get our credit up, but he'd check back in periodically and see what we decided to do. I called the company that I had already been in contact with and they laughed when I told them what he said. Loan is in process. Oh and they are super friendly and have personalities.

I know that at times with my schedule and missed calls and emails you probably wanted to pull your hair out dealing with me. You were always very understanding, professional and courteous. Trustworthy
Ryan at Ideal Home Loans knows what 'customer service' means! Due to past real estate experiences, my Dad and I were both SKEPTICAL at first about Ideal following through. There are so many scams out there! But they refinanced my Dad's home at a spectacular rate. Dropped his mtg payment over $300/mo. No out of pocket expense except appraisal. They even closed the loan on the day/time we wanted and came to my Dad's home! All the numbers were consistent from the Good Faith Estimate to Settlement! They make the loan process so easy. We aren't exactly easy-to-please customers and we expected it to be a nightmare! It was a giant blessing for my Dad. Thank you RYAN!
