Tried to get a quote on 2 houses, 2 cars, and a umbrella policy (all clean records) last year and they never sent me anything after getting all the info they asked for. Not impressed!!!

I will personally never use this company again and i will tell everyone i meet to avoid them they personally lied to me then in my opinion proceeded to cover up divert and try to make excuses to make me go away instead of owning their mistake it is my belief and opinion this agency encouraged me to stay with travelers ins to collect an incentive and changed my address as to write a new policy witch triggered an increase in price then when i pressed them on this and to produce the documents i signed changing my address they stopped talking to me and wont return calls i believe this shows the character of this organization this is proof that Ryan is engaged in a lie they did write the policy and twelve days later tried to draft my acc after i canceled on the 5th of jan they are in my opinion trying to commit fraud
