Excellent Customer Service
Mac Book Pro. It wouldn't boot up. While I waited, Ted ran a diagnostic and mentioned that the logic board was on the fritz and to fix it was pretty much a waste since it's an old computer. Without me asking, he offered to swap my hard-drive and memory into a used Mac Book they had on site. He also said that I can keep both, gratis! This was unexpected and very much appreciated. It was one of my best computer experience ever. Thanks, Ted!

Highly recommend
My mac screen went dark and was able to bring it in same day. I paid for a rush (extra fee was minimal for same day service) and within an hour, I received a text that it was fixed. The price was fair as they explained the parts and labor. I will highly recommend them and use their service again for not only my mac, but all of my devices.

Top Notch
Jack Be Click has worked on my 2016 MacBook Pro twice on warranty issues. Highly recommend, much easier than dealing with an Apple Store and quick turnaround time. Exceeded expectations!

Ben is wonderfull
The best service I've experienced from any Apple affiliate; I found them swift, generous in terms of service and attention, efficient, transparent, and exceptionally warm. Having lived in multiple countries and experienced service at 2 other locations in CO, I urge anyone seeking a *hassle free* experience to give them a shot. Owner Ben is a wonderful professional whose respect for his customers shines brightly. Thanks very much to him and staff!

Great Service
We paid Apple for a Tier 4 ($1,600) repair through Jack Be Click. Apple didn't replace the components they were supposed to and upon bringing our MacBook Pro back to Jack Be Click, they honored what Apple should have done and replaced the correct parts at no charge. Super responsive and they genuinely look out for the consumer's best interest.
