We had a sink back up. When Master Rooter came out we discovered that it wasn't that the sink was the problem but that we had an underground leak that was slowly leaking up through the basement floor in a spot we never accessed in the normal day to day living. It required a number of days, tearing out and replacing 40 feet of sewer line and then replacing the concrete. Everyone who came to the house was beyond nice. The work done is superior and they left everything clean through the entire process. We will use only Master Rooter from now on.

LIFESAVERS!!! called them with an emergency and they showed up as promised. Best of all I didn't feel robbed when they told me what my little emergency would cost. Tony was very upfront and honest. He got my problem fixed and even made some recommendations about how to avoid future problems. Great guy!!

I had an emergency because our 1999 hot water heater began to leak about 7pm. I went to the internet to find someone. who could come to turn off the gas (I did not know how) and the water as the pipe connection was eroded. I took a chance on Master Rooter. The plumber's name is Terry. He came in the same evening, but with the wrong size tank due to my lack of knowledge. He returned today, putting in a new one at a reasonable price, not charging for the after hours trip. I appreciated that because we are seniors. I highly recommend this company-thanks for doing a great job! Joan

They were honest, informative, on time, understanding that even though it wasn't an emergency for them it was an emergency for me and they were awesome. I couldn't of asked for faster or better service than what I received from the first initial call to the technician arriving at my home. Thank you for all you did to get me rolling again!

Ken installed a new hot water heater for us. The estimate was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other estimate we received. He was very professional during the estimate and did not try to pressure us into anything. When we were ready to go forward with the work he was able to start quickly. The whole job was done in just a few hours and we have been very pleased with the results.

Project completed in a timly matter, all decisions were mine, they took me to the store to pick out what I wanted. They cleaned up after all was done. All work was done very very professionally. I am happy with this crew, and would reccomend them to all.

Master Rooter is truly a quality company. Anthony (Tony) Akers phoned within 3 minutes of my initial request for service. He came to my house almost immediately. He asked all the right questions about my plumbing problem and gave me many options. He explained what was happening with my sewer system, what a complete replacement would cost and how I could save money with a partial replacement. He told me what the possible disadvantages of a partial replacement would be. There was no pressure to go either way. Just information. His crew arrived the next day on time, ready to go and knocked out a complete sewer line replacement in 1 day. They were nice, conscientious, really capable guys. They replaced a section of sidewalk, and all the grass in my yard at no extra cost. The next day Tony stopped by to make sure I was happy with the project. He noticed I was missing a P-trap for my washing machine. Even though it had nothing to do with his project, he replaced it for free! Master Rooter did a fantastic job for me. I have no complaints, only praise for this company.
