I have been a patron of Pickerings for years. They give great customer service and do excellent work. My vehicle is specially adapted for someone with a disability to drive. Pickerings took that extra step in learning how to drive it so they could provide my service.
In January had a new water pump, coolant and belt drive installed. Last week water pump broke. Pickering's replaced water pump, belt drive and coolant (with flush) at no cost. Super

Randy, I was impressed by your son; he's a great addition to the work team!
We were kept informed of every step along the way. Personnel were professional in every respect. When parts for elderly vehicle were hard to find, we were informed and Pickerings persisted to contain what was needed. We were completely satisfied with repairs and time frame involved.
Just had my car serviced again, and as usual I received excellent service and a detailed explanation of the work that was needed on my car. I was also told in honest, straightforward terms which action items I should give priority, and which ones could wait until my next service. I always appreciate the nice service at Pickerings--and the shuttle ride is friendly and reliable.
We really appreciate the work Pickering's has done over the years on our vehicles. We appreciate the friendly staff and clean facilities. We trust them and feel like we're never pressured into making a decision. We feel respected in that aspect and know they are there to help us when the time comes to get more work done.
All of the folks I dealt with at Pickering were very professional and helpful. After the diagnostics, they came with things I expected and no surprises, which I have more than one experienced at dealership shops. There was no pressure to do the work there, only guidance as to what they found and what needed to be done. I had most of the work done there and it was exactly the timeline given. Communication was great through the whole process and final price was what was quoted on day one...to the penny. Good experience with them.
I have a Santé Fe which had the check engine light come on and would not go faster than 4 miles an hour. Pretty scary when on road which is posted at 50 mile per hour. They took care of my vehicle and made sure my warranty was used that I had purchased from the dealership. Everyone knows how little they want to pay for repairs, but Justin made all the calls to the dealership and the warranty company and I received my car back in just 24 hours.
