Can’t say enough!
Zachary went above & beyond to help us when our fridge went out. We thought we would lose everything in the freezer because the part was going to take 7-10 days but on our way to get a cooler, he called and said he found one in town and would be back to install the same day. Can’t say enough!

impressed with how efficient he was
Premier appliance was a pleasure to work with. He repaired our dishwasher; we had a leak and he found it in minutes, had the part ordered and installed within a few days. I was impressed with how efficient he was and trust we wont have the same issue again. I will definitely be calling him for our next repair! He was very knowledgeable, punctual and nice. He answered all my questions and even made recommendations for me to keep up my appliances to avoid future repairs.

I will definitely use Premier
Zachary was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure my fridge got fixed the same day he came to look at it. He could have said it will take a week to order the part but instead he picked it up and brought the part back in a few hours. I will definitely use Premier again if needed.

so refreshing to find an honest repair person
I always assume I'm going to get ripped off by a dishonest repair person but Zachary of Premier Appliance was an exception. My freezer stopped working (wasn't dispensing ice) and was making a funny noise. I assumed it was the motor. Zachary thought it might be the motor as well and could have easily told me that's what it was but he took the time to look for other causes and determined the auger in the ice bin was caught on some plastic. He easily fixed the problem and I was only charged for the house call. It was so refreshing to find an honest repair person.

We had a great experience with Premier Appliance Repair Service. Our technician was on-time, polite, thorough and got the jobs done. He diagnosed the issue with our Sub-Zero refrigerator very quickly and was able to fix the problem. He also replaced the water pump on our LG washer with ease. We would absolutely use this company again and we highly recommend them to others. This company has amazing customer service and it was a pleasure to work with them.
