Cannot thank and rate these guys high enough. During the '22 artic blast, an outside drain froze and backed up water in the house, unbeknownst to us, it also caused the hot water to shutdown. Mid-day we found out, called one plumber, miscommunication on their part no one was sent to us. I called multiple plumbers, everyone was booked, I called Prime, they promised us someone between 5 and 7, they were there a few minutes after 5. Initially he got the pilot light working, then it failed, then refused to reignite. It was shorted out. 2 hrs later, we had a new hot water tank installed. 10 stars.

Nathan and the guys at Prime Plumbing were great! Quick service, quality work, and very reasonable prices! I'll be calling them again next time I need a professional plumber.

Great service
Nate got right back to us and came all the way up to Loveland to get a new water heater installed. Very professional and honest - we can understand why his business has such a high rating with the BBB!

I am very happy with my experience with Prime
Prime Plumbing and Heating has done various work at my condo in a historic building, from urgent faucet replacement to a full shower installation. Nate is professional, very responsive, and does high quality work. I am very happy with my experience with Prime -- highly recommend!

Quick to respond
Quick to respond and get someone to my condo. Could have easily told me I needed a new unit but were honest with what needed to be fixed, saving me a ton of money. Honest and transparent, good value, would highly recommend!

I will always use Prime
My air conditioner went out during the hottest time of the year. I called Prime and they sent someone right over and he had it fixed in less than an hour. They saved me! Later, I sold my house and needed a furnace inspection and again Prime came right over, cleaned the furnace and provided me with an inspection report. Their prices are reasonable and technicians knowledgeable. I will always use Prime for any of my plumbing and heating/air needs!
