Kyle showed up at the time he said he would. He did a quick diagnosis of the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was patient and answered all of my questions afterward.

The plumber called to say he was on the way at the time window we agreed. He was attentive to our explanation of the problem and asked questions. His attitude was positive and he was dressed in clean work clothes. He spoke clearly and explained what he had done and why. He also took a minute to leave stickers on our washer, waterheater and garbage disposal so we would be able to reach someone for help if needed in the future. Would certainly use again or recommend to a friend. Reasonably priced by the hour although our problem wasn't all that serious.

I have been using Quality 1st Plumbing since they began. They come when they say they will come and they get the job done in a timely manner. They also clean up after themselves. On all points, they have been an A+.

As it turns out, my condo unit has a few odd-sized things in it... the water heater being one. Quality First was able to locate the proper replacement and worked with me on the price. The service guys were friendly and knowledgeable! Got the removal and installation done in no time and walked me through the various valves on the unit.

I had a few problems with my kitchen sink and a leaky bathroom faucet. I found Quality 1st Plumbing on YellowPages.com, and called. They were able to send someone out that very afternoon. He was knowledgeable and professional and handled the problems without pause. I would highly recommend Quality 1st!!!!

I will make this simple......This is one of the first plumbing companies I have dealt with that I totally trust. I worked with Howie and although I had to spend a lot of money to get my problem fixed, this company is honest, fair in pricing and quick with response time. Had I found them earlier, I could have saved a lot of money. Use them and you will be happy!
