Quality First Plumbing is 6 STARS !!!!
I just had the folks at Quality First Plumbing install a Hot & Cold water faucet in my garage. I cannot say enough about how great of experience this was for me. From the time they answered the phone until the project was complete, everything went EXACTLY as it should. I love the fact that they call when they are getting ready to head to your home and give you an ETA. The Plumber, Brian, was fantastic! He explained what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and very appreciative of us allowing him to work in our home. These folks ''Simply Get Customer Service'' and did a great job and a fair price, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality First Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable & professional plumber!

I have known Howie for a few years now, and I have been using Quality 1st Plumbing pretty much since he started the company. He has always been a gentleman to speak with. He takes time to explain what needs done and how he can help. I feel like he is fair and responsive. Joe Boyd

They were able to come out the next day and make the repair. They had the parts on hand and were timely. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He ensured everything was working before he left.

The best plumbing experience I have ever encounter
I rarely write reviews for companies unless they make a lasting impression and I must say that after years of plumbing service headaches, I'm happy to have found a company that provides all that's expected and more. The service call was professional from start to end and I really appreciate that estimates over the phone. More specifically, your technician Steve was one of the more professional service technicians that I have ever encountered. He was not only knowledgable and very helpful, but I didn't feel like I was interacting with a used car salesman. He was very efficient, clean and respectful of my home. What a great first impression that will ensure I use Quality 1st again.

We had a water main break from the meter to our house.I was loosing thousands of gallons of water a day. I contacted Geoff at Quality First Plumbing he gave me a fair estimate and completed the job the next day!They did an oustanding job I was expecting to have to replace my landscaping to my surprise the only sign that anything was done was the snow removal from my front lawn. First Class work at a fair price! Thanks

Every single person that helped me with my plumbing problem from Quality First Plumbing was great. I knew the second they answered the phone I CAN Help you I was in good hands. The ladies in the office were very hand written. WOW. I wish every contractor was like this. If you need a plumber call Quality First. Based on the reviews i have seen everywhere these guys seemed to be the real deal. Now I know for sure they are.''''helpful. They wanted to be sure I understood everything about my new water heater. They explained the features of every option available and I thought the thing only heated water! Then came the installation. They made short work of what other ''plumbers'''' told me was going to be a really difficult job. The inspector even complimented the work and he said he never does that. Then came the bill. It was exactly what they said it would be. Not a penny more. I even got a thank you card''''''

Appreciate that a receptionist answers the call instead of having to leave a voice mail message. Able to make an appointment for next day service. Plumber arrived during scheduled window of time. Polite; cleaned up after repair. Gave an accurate estimate before starting work. My only negative comment is I feel the repairs are on the expensive side.''''''

I called Monday morning to have my kitchen sink drain unclogged. They scheduled a two-hour window for the very same day and arrived promptly at the beginning of the time frame. The drain was pretty badly clogged, but Jerry kept after it and got it done. I received a follow-up call from the office shortly after he left. Both the plumber and the office staff displayed a level of courtesy and professionalism that is all too rare these days. v
