We want to thank you for all your support and customer service with the replacement of our roof. The situation prior to your involvement left us in a real bind and you only had about one week to help us resolve prior to the sale of our home. You took the time to understand the promises made by the last roofing company, who disappeared on us. By having the extensive background in the industry and working with the insurance companies, you helped us understand how the last company was dishonest in their “promises”. You handled contacting the insurance company after the first company had only a partial replacement covered under our homeowner’s policy. However, the city code does not allow for a partial replacement for the type of material on our roof. As consumers, we would have never known this and could have paid someone else and been liable for correcting the problem. The roof was completed in one day and passed the midway city inspection. The roof was completed the day before we were set to close/sell our house; we are still impressed you pulled this off. You pulled the workers off other jobs to fulfill ours and it was amazing how quickly and efficiently everyone worked together. In addition, Roof Worx has been patient with receiving full payment due to the initial time constraints and the insurance requirements, which Brian Benson helped us overcome. We could have not asked for a better company to be on our side during this challenging time.On top of all of Brian’s outstanding customer service, he came back with another Roof Worx’ professional, Thomas Miller, after the roof was completed to help us load our moving truck with the heavier items. A roofing company who also will help you move, who knew there are still people who care. We were blessed to have Roof Worx and Brian Benson working with us and teaching us how true professionals in their industry are supposed to conduct business.We recommend Roof Worx and Brian Benson to anyone who is in need of a new roof; they will be satisfied throughout the entire process.

Excellent!
Roof Worx was great! I needed the skylights in my office replaced due to a leak. Victor was great about explaining the different options and price points. The lights were replaced in a snap (or so it seemed). Monday morning it was as if nobody had been there. Thanks guys!

Dear Roof Worx, We really appreciate the excellent job your company did in replacing our worn out roof. I'm sure you know what gems you have in Scott and Thomas. Our house lot is a postage stamp and not the easiest job site. Scott made us feel confident that the job would be done right and completed easily and quickly. He spent time with is in person and via email and phone and answered every question we had. Thomas is an excellent foreman. He supervised the crew here and knows how to get the most out of his men. I have to say their work was excellent. We were very demanding with Thomas about details we wanted, and everything we asked for was done for us, either by one of the roofers or by Thomas, himself. Our experience with Roof Worx was incredible...
After finding out the horrible news of needing roof repair on our roof that was replaced only three years ago was devastating. Knowing the last company was no longer in business we knew we needed to be cautious as to who we chose to perform the work. The previous company failed to install the shingles, siding, and flashing correctly. We thought this was going to be a big expense. After several estimates and meeting with Victor, who provided a reasonable estimate without pressure! We felt most comfortable with choosing Roof Worx to do our roof repair. Victor is very polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of good advice. He is also very professional and courteous. Roof Worx as a company and the staff were very accommodating to our schedule. The repair went as planned. The crew was great! They arrived on time and cleaned up very nicely. Excellent Job
We needed a new roof on our patio, Scott came out the same day I called, advised me of other damage on the roof, and that our old shingles were discontinued. He worked with our insurance and arranged for a new roof. The crew worked in near freezing temperatures in December, between snowstorms, and we had a beautiful new roof before Christmas !! I would recommend RoofWorx to anybody !!

Last spring, Victor Stewart from Roof Worx called on us at our home that we have lived in for 41 years and did an evaluation of the shingles on our roof. Victor determined while examining the roof that damage was significant enough to require an additional evaluation with an insurance adjustor from our insurance company. Victor then made the arrangements with the adjustor, and together they agreed that the shingles should be replaced Like most home owners, we were not familiar with the process of working with the insurance company, the city for a permit, the inspection required by the city, and the closure to the process. Victor walked us through each step just for our understanding as he coordinated everything smoothly and efficiently. We had several days in a row of inclement weather, and when it cleared the workers showed up early in the morning, removed the old (tab lock shingles). The supervisor, being familiar with requirements to meet code in our city, did an evaluation of our sheathing, determined that it met code, and installed our new shingles. They were professional and efficient and finished the same day. There was very little cleanup required on my part . The only error that occurred in the process was mine when I over payed Roof Worx by a few hundred dollars and they returned the excess payment the next day. I would recommend Roof Worx and Victor Stewart without a doubt because-to our surprise-we received service that one should expect (but seldom receive) when working with contractors.

The process was made very easy, fully explained and the new roof went on without issues. The crew was every bit as professional as you promised and while as I have told you on many occasions that a new roof is akin to a new water-heater to me (expensive and not really that exciting), my wife Mary loves it. I am happy to act as a reference for other potential clients and will not hesitate to recommend Roof Worx to any who may be needing a new roof as well as a sales guy (or “Insurance Specialist” as your card reads) who will not just sell you a new roof and then disappear. Dear Mr. Thomas, We wish to thank you for the talented staff you provided to make us much more comfortable with our choice of a roofing contractor. Brian Benson, your outstanding Sales Manager, accompanied his employee to our home to inspect our roof. Brian thereafter suggested that he meet with our insurance adjuster in order to point out the evidence that our insurer should replace our roof. He and certified inspector Justin Abeyta met on our roof with the adjuster who advised he would recommend the insurer replace our home and shed roofs. Being impressed with Mr. Benson's obvious knowledge, ability and attitude, we decided to contract with him for that replacement. His promises far exceeded our expectations and those hopes were soundly delivered through Quality Control Engineer, Thomas Miller, who had the discernible respect and cooperation of his operations crew. That esteem for Mr. Miller was exemplified by the smiles, good nature bantering, cooperation and efficient movement of his crew, who were respectful of us and our property. We were impressed the fine work of Messrs. Benson, Abeyta and Miller as well as the roofing crew. We will recommend Roof Worx to others as long as Brian and Thomas figure in the equation. Roof Worx
We had a roof leak after another roofer replaced our wood shingles with asphalt. That roofer came back several times and failed to stop the leak. We looked to other companies, many of whom would not even respond to our calls. Paul from Roof Worx responded promptly, told us how he proposed to fix the problem, gave us a reasonable price, and got the job done just before the fall rains came. The fix was perfect. Paul even called a few weeks later to be sure we were satisfied. We could not be more pleased. This was a small job for Roof Worx, but a big headache for us. Next time we need work the Roof Worx does, we'll be calling them first. Highly recommended!
