This is the first time I have used this company. In all fairness some of the issues with our sprinkler system were the result of another company's mistakes. They had opportunities to fix the issues but we're noble to do so. Water Solutions arrived on time and repaired our system in a timely manner. I will use them again and I highly recommend them to you.

Frank and his crew came out today to repair and update my 22 year old sprinkler system. They were very professional, worked quickly, solved problems that had baffled others for a long time and left my yard looking as though it had not been disturbed. The price was very fair. Customer service and customer satisfaction are not just tired slogans at Water Solutions. They DELIVER! I wanted a sprinkler system as gift to my husband so we started shopping. Based on the online reviews we decided on Water Solutions and called them for an estimate. Folks, we were only going to put in a sprinkler system in our front yard, but Water Solutions did our front AND back yard for less than another vendor's estimate. A Total Professional
I had a leak in the main shut-off for our sprinkler system. Frank, Water Solutions Sprinkler Service Inc., was so kind to spend time on the phone with me trying to diagnose our problem. Using his guidance I was able to recycle the main valve and, as near as can be ascertained, have corrected the problem. Frank could have said I'll be right over and done the same and charged and I would have gladly paid. I have had Frank and his crew out to our house several times. They have done everything from start-ups, winterization, replace a damaged head, to completely changing every head on the property to ensure great coverage with minimum water waste. Excellent/ Highly Recommend
After moving away from our home in Colorado for a three year period, our tenants managed to destroy most of the house including parts of the piping for our sprinkler system that is attached to our house. Anyway, my husband was away and I called a sprinkler repair company and they charged me $400 to fix the problem. Two weeks later, I called another company and they charged $150 to fix the same problem again. Finally after being completely frustrated my friend told me to try ''Water Solutions''. She said that they were extremely reliable and professional and HONEST! They won't over charge me and I won't need to call for additional repairs for the same issue. I called to set up an appointment to try Water Solutions. The next day Water Solutions were at my house at the exact time of my appointment. They assessed the issue and told me that I was overcharged both times and the other companies didn't even fix the problem with the correct part. That is why we continued to have the same problem over and over again. They had put in a plastic part when a metal part would have resolved the problem to begin with. I was only charged $75 for the part and all of the labor including a complete checkup for the rest of the system. They recommended a tune up but advised me to wait until the beginning of the following year. Who does that? Most companies would push and push until you agreed to do it right then and they wouldn't have to wait an entire season to make extra money. A few months later, we decided to sell our house. Once we moved into the new house I scheduled again with Water Solutions to do a check up and any repairs that were necessary. I was told about these new sprinkler heads that actually cover the areas you are trying to water instead of the sidewalks, driveways and the air. I had them install new heads for the entire system, each zone and I love them. I also got a rain guard device which turns my system off until the rain stops and it is dry enough to resume regular watering. I was told if I had any issues at all to call and they would have someone out to assess the issues. They guarantee their work as well as the products they use. I have never been more satisfied with a sprinkler company as I am with Water Solutions. One other bonus was, I had a problem with the piece of pipe on my water pressure valve. Water Solutions was here and told me they would change out the part if I picked it up from Home Depot. Again, who does that ? I am completely satisfied that Water Solutions is a reliable, price friendly, educated and HONEST company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job to get done right. If anyone had a negative review about this company then it definitely was not Water Solutions whom they dealt with.

Frank and his team are amazing...
I asked Water Solutions to diagnose a sprinkler zone with very little water pressure that another company said was a leak in the system. Frank and his team had the problem diagnosed in less than 5 minutes - a bad valve. His recommendation was to replace all four of the 25 year old valves at the same time. During this process, he noticed an electrical issue with the timer. Frank had his supplier deliver all the necessary parts and he and his team were done and on their way in 45 minutes. Absolutely awesome. The price for parts and service were very fare. I will use and recommend Water Solutions exclusively in the future.
