Terrible experience with sales and service unuseable Trailer
I purchased a travel trailer from them around July of this year. I now have a trailer that is not towable. Every time I push the brake pedal the front axle of the trailer locks up and tries to seperate from the tow vehicle even with the controller set to 1. I also have a refrigerator that will only run for 1 hour at a time, if it will even start. I took it in and they had it for 5 to 8 weeks. Nothing is fixed and they will not help or call me back. I spoke to the service manager and was told that I would have to call the axle manufacturer myself and I would have to pay 3 dollars a mile to have it towed to Century from Conifer. It is not safe to drive with the axle locking up. They also told me that they would just do what they have already done and it did not fix it the first time. Still trying to get the front cap fixed also, It was on the WE OWE when we bought it and still nothing. I have left 3 messages for the general manager over the last 3 weeks and he has not called back. Stay away from this place. I can't believe they are on a referral list. Horrible Experience.
Poor service dept.
Purchased a new RV in August 2015. Sales transaction was ok, no problems but nothing to write home about. Sent in a warranty service request in late March of 2016. After numerous attempts to contact the service/parts by phone (with no response), I was finally able to reach someone. They requested a list of warranty items with pictures, which I sent them, and then they would contact me to bring my camper in when the parts arrived. This process took almost 3-1/2 months.....unbelievable. All I needed was a new stereo speaker, an electrical cable and a standard water heater. I was finally able to take it to them on June 22 with a promise to have the work completed in a week (fairly minor repairs). A week passed an they hadn't even started on it yet; had to cancel a July 4th camping trip. They finally finished the work on July 7th, but forgot to replace a brake light which I just ended up doing myself since it probably would have take another week for them to get to. This is the worst service dept. I have ever dealt with. It is very apparent by simply standing at the service desk that the employees are untrained and completely disorganized. The facility is way too small and there are RV's packed into the lot like sardines. I would highly recommend using another RV service dept. if you can.
