Plumbline made an appointment with me to install a whole house surge protector. The appointment was for 5/2/2019 between 9:00 and 1:00. They called at 8:55 on 5/2 and told me they were unable to make the appointment. I had rescheduled the day so I would be available for this appointment. Very unprofessional - don’t need to do business with a company who can’t honor their appointments.
I'm sorry you had a poor experience with our company. I know how frustrating it can be to schedule an appointment and then have it cancel or get rescheduled. Your time is valuable.
